  • Add an Epsom salt foot soak before any treatment to relieve feet tension, pain, and inflammation.
  • Add a Scalp Massage to help relieve headaches or migraines associated with stress. Using a special bend of invigorating essential oils will leave your scalp feeling healthy, this is also a great add-on for anyone with an itchy or dry scalp.

Hot Stone Therapy Addition

Hot Stone Therapy is a style of massage where heated stones are placed at specific sites on your body to deepen your relaxation and promote circulation in your muscles. Muscles that become heated with these stones expel tension and stress much more thoroughly and rapidly than with just a traditional massage.

The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating.

Prenatal Massage

Prenatal Massage is a style of bodywork designed specifically for pregnant women. Pregnancy is a time when a woman's body endures tremendous stress due to dramatic physical and emotional changes.

I use a variety of techniques specially developed for the expecting mother. Prenatal Massage helps to relieve the pain and discomfort experienced throughout pregnancy and the benefits are profound. Some benefits include emotional support, the relief of joint pain due to extra weight and postural imbalance, and improved respiratory function and relaxation.

Neuromuscular Therapy

Neuromuscular therapy is a system of massage techniques that were developed in the 1930's by Dr. Stanley Lief in England. This approach uses a holistic healing movements emphasizing and stimulating the body's natural ability to heal and revive itself.

Neuromuscular therapy is a system of different massage techniques which manipulate the soft tissues to restore muscle to a resting length.  This therapy enhances the function of joints and muscles as well as accelerates the overall healing process by facilitating the release of endorphins.

Neuromuscular therapy is common for individuals who have had tendon, ligament, and muscular injuries.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue Massage is a form of Bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of muscle tissue. This method is highly effective in relieving chronic stress areas due to a misalignment incurred by repetitive motions and past lingering injuries.

Because deep pressure applied it is common to be sore after treatment. Please also keep in mind that because soreness is common after this type of treatment extra water should be imbibed to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from your deep tissue session.
